What a wonderful gift indeed…but I think perhaps that I would like to see if I could help that poor bearer of loads carry a few items…just to help her dump them, and then she and all of us can move on!!Oh if only it were that simple! By the way Fran is right – your drawings do grow more and more sophisticated every day! Love them more and more!!

This is a stunning image, and you can literally sense the feeling it contains. Love it.
I agree also: you technical skill is increasing with each drawing. This is the best yet. But more than that, this drawing is infused with emotion. I can envision your feelings flowing through the pencil and onto the paper.
Having read the story behind the image it is clear that the burden is heavy and yours alone to bear. Take heart! At times, you walk with others who carry similar burdens. Sometimes for a few leagues – we switch burdens – and appreciate the respite, but in the end, each walks her own unique path.
